About Souq Route
Souq Route is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with verified industrial suppliers across the Gulf. Pumps and valves, electrical and MEP, safety equipment, construction materials, tools and industrial hardware — the catalogue is built from the stock and capabilities of real trading companies in the region, not from a scraped index.
Procurement in this market still runs on personal contacts. If you already know the three suppliers who stock what you need, that works well. If you do not, finding the fourth means a week of phone calls. Souq Route exists to make that first step a search rather than a favour: put the part in front of the suppliers who can actually quote it, and let them come back to you.
How it works
- Browse or search. Work through the categories, or search for a product name, type or model number. Every listing shows who supplies it, and where the supplier has chosen to publish a price, what it costs.
- Request a quote. Tell us what you need, in what quantity, and how to reach you. There is no account to create and nothing to pay.
- Suppliers respond. Your enquiry is routed to the suppliers who match it. They reply to you directly with pricing, lead time and availability, and you deal with whichever of them you prefer.
What “verified” means
A supplier marked ✓ verified has submitted trade licence documentation to Souq Route, and we have reviewed it. It confirms that the business is a real, registered trading entity — nothing more. It is not a rating, an endorsement of any particular product, or a guarantee of quality, price, stock or delivery. Those remain matters between you and the supplier, and are worth establishing before you commit to an order.
Suppliers without the badge have not completed that check yet. They are not necessarily worse; they simply have not been verified, and you should do your own diligence accordingly.
