How you reach us depends on what you need. If it is about a product, do not write to us — write to the supplier, through us.

Looking for a product or a price

Use the enquiry form. It is the fastest route by a wide margin, because it does not stop at our inbox: your enquiry is routed straight to the suppliers who carry what you are asking for, and they reply to you directly with pricing, lead time and availability. Emailing us instead only adds a step — we would forward it to the same suppliers, a day later.

Tell the form what you need, the quantity, and where it is going. Quantity and destination are what let a supplier quote properly rather than send back a question.

Everything else

For anything that is not a product enquiry — a correction to a listing, a problem with the site, a data or privacy request, press, or a partnership — email info@souqroute.com. Include enough detail to act on: a link to the page in question saves an exchange.

Suppliers

If you are a supplier and want to list on the marketplace, the details are on selling on Souq Route. Onboarding is by invitation, and starts with an email to the same address.
