These are outline terms, pending legal review. They describe how Souq Route is intended to work and are published so the position is not left unstated — they are not a finished agreement, and this page must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Souq Route is a marketplace that introduces buyers to suppliers. Using the site means accepting the points below.

We introduce; we are not a party to the deal

Souq Route lists products offered by independent suppliers and passes buyer enquiries to them. Any contract that follows — for the sale, supply or delivery of goods — is between the buyer and that supplier. Souq Route is not the seller, not an agent of either side, and not a party to that contract. Payment, delivery, warranty, returns and any dispute are matters between you and the supplier.

Product information comes from suppliers

Descriptions, specifications, images, certifications, stock status and availability are supplied by the suppliers themselves. We do not independently test products or verify technical claims. We correct errors we are told about, but we cannot warrant that a listing is accurate, complete or current. Confirm the specification with the supplier before you order — particularly where the application is safety-critical or subject to regulatory approval.

Prices are indicative

Any price shown is indicative only: a guide published by the supplier, not an offer capable of acceptance. It may exclude VAT, delivery, duties and handling, may assume a minimum order quantity, and may change without notice. The binding price is the one in the quotation the supplier sends you.

Verification

A “verified” badge means the supplier submitted trade licence documentation that Souq Route reviewed. It confirms the business is registered. It is not an endorsement, a quality rating, or a guarantee of performance, and it does not transfer any responsibility for the goods to Souq Route.

Using the site

Use the marketplace for genuine trade enquiries. Do not scrape or bulk-extract the catalogue, do not misrepresent who you are when sending an enquiry, and do not use supplier contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing. We may remove listings or block access where the site is being misused.
